HOA Dues

Blakewood Dues are $114.00 a month due by the 10th day of each month.
 

Late Notice Status 
30 days plus past due results in a reminder statement sent to the owner.
Warning Notice Status
31-60 days past due results in a warning notice letter to the owner.
Lien Intent Status
61-90 days past due results in a $35 Intent to Lien fee and a pre-intent letter is then sent to the owner.
Lien Status
91-120 days past due ($200 or more) results in legal proceedings with a  lien on the property being filed with Knox County and all filing fees and attorney fees will be charged to the owner’s account.

Payment of HOA Dues. Monthly HOA dues are due and payable the first (1st) day of each month and shall be considered late on the tenth (10th) day of the month. Any dues paid on or after the tenth (10th) day, shall bear an interest rate of twenty one percent (21%), per annum, or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is greater, from the date when due until paid. All payments received to the account shall be first applied to interest and then to the assessment payment first due. In addition, a penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be assessed for delinquency of each month’s payment of HOA dues. Any Owner who is delinquent ninety (90) days shall receive a lien intent letter, including a $35.00 lien intent fee, in addition to the late fees stated above. Any Owner who is delinquent one hundred twenty (120) days shall have a lien placed on their condo and said Owner shall be responsible for payment of all attorney fees and costs associated with filing any lien, including release of lien when delinquent dues and fees are paid in full.
